Dennis Cutler Blair

Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair said that if any American is abroad and the government believes you are associated with a terrorist group that Obama can give the order to murder them. He stated that when “we think that direct action will involve killing an American, we get specific permission to do that”. This is the same stance the Bush administration held.
