This document contains a list of false flag events that the Joint Chiefs of Staff lead by Army Gen. Lyman L. Lemnitzer were considering to undertake as a false pretence to rally the United States people and attack Cuba. The original request for pretenses to invade Cuba was made by Col. Edward Lansdale, and the reported was presented by then Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara. John Kennedy turned the request down, and removed Lemnitzer from his position.

1) Blowing up US Navy ships military
2) Disguising US military as Cuban terrorists to attack Florida, Washington DC, and Guantanamo Bay
3) Shooting down US passenger and or military plains.
