Mitch McConnell has submitted an unconstitutional plan that would give Obama power to raise the debit limit forfeiting the power of Congress to do so. This power according to McConnell would be given back at the end of Obama’s current term. Any thing Obama decrees regarding the creation of money at that point could only be vetoed by a super majority which in all probability would never happen. McConnell claims to be a Republican.
