I have deep concerns that a delicate and subtle shading/skewing of facts by you [FBI Director Robert Muller] and others at the highest levels of FBI management has occurred and is occurring. The term “cover up” would be too strong a characterization which is why I am attempting to carefully (and perhaps over laboriously) choose my words here. - Coleen Rowley

Rick Perry Violates Logan Act To Attend Bilderberg
Started 2007-05-31Ended 2007-06-03
Rick Perry violates Logan act to attend the Bilderberg group in Istanbul Turkey. Robert Black (Perry’s press secretary) commented on the ordeal about Perry illegally attending the secret meeting with this statement “It’s their conference, and I suppose they can run it anyway they want. The governor was honored that they would ask him to come speak on the American experience, and he’s happy to do it.”
50 Year Austin/Seguin Road Lease Awarded To Foreign Company
Started 2006-06-29Ended 2006-06-29
Zachry Construction and Cintra of Spain was awarded a lease to build a road from Austin to Sequin. Once built the road would have tolls placed on it. These tolls would apply for fifty years after the road was built, and would be collected and kept by the foreign company Cintra. The state of Texas would receive $1.3 billion from the lease which is a drop in the bucket to what will be raised in tolls.
Construction Company Gives Rick Perry Large Contributions (And Receives Contract)
The owner of Zachry Construction who was later awarded contracts to build the Trans-Texas Corridor was found giving large contributions to Rick Perry. Texas has no limit on money given to state candidates. Perry received two contributions totaling $35 thousand in his 2007 run. Not long after this Cintra and Zachry were awarded a $1.3 billion dollar contract - it appeared to be a no bid contract due to no data being produced on Texas DOT about any loosing bidders.
Perry Appoints Enron Lackey To Public Utilities Chairman And Receives $25,000 Contribution From Enron
Rick Perry appointed Enron executive Max Yzaguirre to the position of Texas Public Utilities Chairman. The day after the appointment Perry received a $25,000 contribution from the Ken Lay the CEO of Enron. This gave Enron a key position in the deregulation of Texas energy that was passed in July 2002 (right on the heals of Yzaguirre’s entry to his post). Yzaguirre did not fully disclose that he was a former Enron Vice President to the public until November 15. With the timely $25,000 contribution to Perry it seems he would be well informed of Yzaguirre’s previous position with Enron. According to Texas law it is illegal to appoint anyone to this office if they had served as an executive at any energy company in the past two years - therefor this appointment was breach of law.

Texas Utilities Code - Section 12.053. Membership Qualifications: A person is not eligible for appointment as a commissioner if the person: (1) at any time during the two years preceding appointment: (A) personally served as an officer, director, owner, employee, partner, or legal representative of a public utility, affiliate, or direct competitor of a public utility; or (B) owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, stocks or bonds of any class with a value of $10,000 or more in a public utility, affiliate, or direct competitor of a public utility;
Perry Receives $200,000 From Enron
In his 2002 gubernatorial race Perry received $200 thousand dollars from Enron. Not long after Perry received the money Enron collapsed. After five months of calls for him to return the money he returned $85 thousand stating the rest had already been spent.
Rick Perry: Texas Campaign Manager For Global Warming Champion Al Gore
During Al Gore’s presidential bid Rick Perry was the head of the campaign in Texas. By then Gore was already touting the save the ozone layer propaganda, along with the demonization of greenhouse gases.
Rick Perry Lie: I Supported Al Gore Before He “Got To Be Mr. Global Warming”
Started 2011-08-15Ended 2011-08-15
In a radio interview Rick Perry stated that he was campaign manager for Al Gore “before he invented the Internet and got to be Mr. Global Warming”. This statement is deceiving as a Politico article Perry backed crusading Gore in ’88 points out “global warming was already a significant theme for Gore in 1987 and 1988”. In a 1987 speech Gore said that one of his major tasks was to “confront the emerging problems of the greenhouse effect and the threat to our ozone”.

So in spite of what Perry says, Gore was well on his way to being the champion for climate change. Politico called and talked with Perry’s spokesman Mark Miner, and Miner stated that Perry did know about Gore’s positions, but they just disagreed because “the governor has always been a conservative” - (that just happened to campaign for a socialist democrat).
Rick Perry Decrees Mandatory Gardasil Shots By Executive Order
Started 2007-03-02Ended 2007-03-02
Rick Perry then Governor of Texas mandated through an executive order that all girls attending sixth grade (eleven and twelve year olds) must take a Gardasil shot. The socialist order also stated that Texas would pay for any uninsured girls age nine to eighteen to get the shots which had a price tag of around $360 dollars. This order also prevents parents from suing Merck for harmful side affects because it makes it fall under the federal vaccine company protection laws.

The shots were shown to have adverse affects of paralysis and death in the trials.
Rick Perry Hillary-Care Support Letter
Started 1993-04-06Ended 1993-04-06
A true conservative Christian would be apposed to socialist health care, but Perry in 1993 wrote then first lady Hillary Clinton a letter praising her for plans for socializing health care in America. He even asks her for extra consideration to rural people in Texas.

Letter:

I think your efforts in trying to reform the nation’s health care system are most commendable. The Task Force on Nation Health Care Reform consists of many entities representing all types of health care providers and citizens.

I would like to request that the task force give particular consideration to the needs of the nation’s farmers, ranchers, agriculture workers, and other members of rural communities. Rural populations have a high proportion of uninsured people, rising health care cost, and often experience lack of services.

As the agriculture Commissioner for the State of Texas, I have a strong interest in the problem of health care delivery to rural areas. Over 50 hospitals have closed in rural Texas since the mid-eighties. Most rural communities have problems with access to adequate health care due to shortage of physicians, clinics, and hospitals within a safe driving distance.

I have made economic development for rural Texans a high priority in my Administration. Leadership, education, infrastructure systems, and health care facilities can do much towards aiding a rural community to prosper.

Again your efforts are worthy, and I hope you will remember this constituency as the task force progresses. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance.

Sincerely, Rick Perry Commissioner
